Newly renovated (flooring, furniture, mattresses, linens, decor, stove/vent hood, TVs). This is our second in the complex. We Love it up there!

Conveniently located above downtown Gatlinburg in the Summit of Gatlinburg condo community. “Smoky Mountain Memories” is a 3 bed, 2 bath corner unit that boasts 2 separate balconies for amazing mountain views. Both the sunrise and sunset can be seen from our condo balconies. New renovations/updates include flooring, paint, furniture, mattresses, linens, decor, stove/vent hood, TVs. This TOP floor (3rd) unit has 3 bedrooms, the master has a queen size bed, the second bedroom with twin beds, and the loft has a queen also. If you have mobility issues please note there is NO elevator. The private spectrum WiFi is excellent.

There is a functional wood burning fireplace and wood is typically available seasonally for purchase at the clubhouse. Ashes are disposed of in the buckets near the rental office labeled for ashes.

The Summit amenities include seasonal outdoor pool (indoor pool is closed indefinitely for major repairs) playground, a game room and a coin operated laundry. All of these are a short walk from the condo. The condo has a small but well equipped kitchen with what is needed for preparing meals. The dining table seats 6.

Roads to the Summit are well paved and well maintained. You have a direct path down to Gatlinburg or you can avoid Gatlinburg using the bypass and go to Pigeon Forge. (Note: the roads are good, but getting to the top of the mountain is curvy.)
