On over a half acre of lush and private land, this spacious home (1660 sqf on the second floor and a finished first floor playroom for a total of 3560 sqf) offers open concept kitchen, breakfast room, and family room. A screened second floor porch has sliding patio doors that can be opened to give you the famous outdoor-indoor living feel we all love about Florida! Among other features, the home is equipped with bikes, beach toys and equipment, High Speed internet, and two full size flat screen TV's.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 72 hours away at time of booking.
